Terms and Conditions:
SHIPPING:
Postage is included in the price to all products going to UK mainland addresses.
For general shipping costs, please read ‘Postage and Packaging’ below.
All in stock items will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared. Some items can become out of stock before an adjustment to the website can be made and although this is very rare, delivery of general non stock items will normally take 7-10 days, with items hand made to order delivery can be up to 28 days. We always deliver your item as soon as we possibly can. You will need to make sure that someone is available to sign for your delivery if by courier or delivery of your order may not be possible.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:
Items delivered will be either First Class recorded, Special delivery or signed courier.
Although we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post we will always obtain proof of postage at time of posting. The Post office do not consider an item lost in the post unless 30 days has lapsed since the item was posted. Once 30 days has lapsed you will be refunded in full or sent a replacement.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by Paypal, telephone us with credit card or debit card payments, or mail us card details, Cheques or postal orders. Cash is not advisable but can be sent at your own risk and by registered post only please.
RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange, this will be minus our postage costs unless the item is damaged. All products returned must be in perfect condition and resalable.
You should email us with the following information:
1. Your Name and address
2. Product number and/or product name
3. Reason for return
We will send you a return email with instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition with all packing material. We will issue a refund for any items that meet these conditions minus our postage costs unless item is damaged, then full refund or exchange will be given.
If for some reason we find we are not able to ship to you within our specified time scale we will always contact you first to make sure you are happy with this as some people are still prepared to wait for the item as they are handmade.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error or damage in transit. The customer remains responsible for return shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. (Actual receipts can be provided when necessary.)
Note: Please allow 7 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear on your statement until the following month.
Cancellation:
Cancellations on orders that have already been despatched will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping. including rejected shipments.

Terms for trade are slightly different, copies sent out with credit agreements or upon request.
